Hargrove Demoltion

Something I've noticed over the years is that Hargrove just implodes the demo of buildings into the ground. Is this legal?

Recent Permit Applications

GP Gypsum (on Front St) has requested several changes to their permits. DEP has sent out a note saying that copies of the applications are at the Ferry Ave. Library. I'm going to try on Tuesday to take a look at them. But, my experience has been that the Library has trouble keeping track of these materials. They like to say that no one ever asks for them, so why bother?

So... maybe we should be asking more often. Joann
